Having served as a City Police Officer for 24 years, I retired in 2005 and joined Re/Max, the recognized Real Estate Leader in the World.  Endeavouring to always improve my client services, I earned the designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative (A.B.R.), denoting my committment to representing buyers in their efforts to purchase a home in this fast market.

While some Realtors "specialize" as a buyer agent, or listing agent, I am proud to say that I can represent either party.  Since Real Estate is about bringing buyers and sellers together, I feel I can best achieve that goal by being sensitive to the needs of both.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Winnipeg real estate professional, I have also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires that I continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I have found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I have always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
